So basically what i have been hearing is that in order to play online this year in svr 11 you need to buy the game new and for used games whoever buys them wont have online? So maybe since if this is true, thq must of made their online servers better if new games will have online access

I was thinking the same thing, but maybe there is some sought of Password or something if u want to access online, and if it is used u might have to knw the password.
